We had a fantastic stay at Jacquie and David’s AirBnB! Both were incredibly personable, friendly, and welcoming! It really felt like staying with old friends. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and full of charm, and the breakfast was absolutely spot on; a perfect way to start each day. The area is stunning too, peaceful and picturesque with lots to explore nearby. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Would definitely stay again!

We spent three nights at four in the cabin of the captain of the houseboat Lucie. This is an experience! A cocoon where it's good to get warm after visiting the Christmas markets of Ghent and Bruges (quickly served by the highway). We enjoyed making breakfast and dinner as the kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are narrow but that's normal, we're on a boat! In the morning the view of the canal is very pleasant with the sunrise over the water and the frozen grass! The bedding is very comfortable and the shower room functional. We all enjoyed this experience, especially since the hosts are very welcoming and present on the boat. We recommend this accommodation to people who love the unusual with comfort!

Mary’s B&B was exactly as described. We stayed so we could take the early ferry from Armadale, it is walkable from the bus stop then back to the ferry from here along with wheely cases. Mary’s place was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep followed by a great selection of breakfast goodies. Mary was very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Bernie was so friendly and welcoming! The home decor was absolutely amazing with lots of interesting and well chosen pieces. The home was extremely cozy, spacious and peaceful. I felt like I stayed in an ideal oasis and I hope to return one day.

Both Alan and Hilary were amazing. Lovely couple. Couldn’t do enough for us. Offered to dry our clothes when we got wet and made a pot of tea to warm us up. Then made a lovely breakfast in the morning. Very highly recommend. Would definitely go again. Short walk to high street. We loved our stay. Many thanks to Hilary and Alan x

What a beautiful find! A really well presented, perfectly clean and tidy place to stay. Hot tub was ready for when we got there and checked throughout. Everything included that you’d need including towels, a few washing pods and dishwasher tablets. The added body wash, shampoo and conditioner and bottle of wine was a lovely addition. Didn’t use the facilities on site but looks like there’s a good amount and the staff we did speak to were lovely. Will absolutely be returning :)

A perfect stay, where you feel like time stops because the place is so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is clean, as described. Catherine is very attentive and also an undeniable asset of this rental.

Hotel67 is gorgeous! Our room overlooked the national park area and we saw deers all through the evening! The room was beautiful, they gave us a packaged lunch which was much appreciated. Strong focus on no waste and using compostable packaging everywhere. Located close to anything you need to do in Killarney, including the Ring of Kerry attractions. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation, although a little further away from the city centre, but you know that when booking. The walk to the city centre takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on how fast you are. Everything worked out great, we were also regularly asked if everything was still good and if we needed anything. But we found our way around very well, as everything was very self-explanatory, or very well described.

We had the most beautiful 2 nights stay at Bernie's recently. I was in awe of the garden area, the amount of effort and attention to detail that has gone into it is amazing. Bernie was so friendly and made us feel really welcome. She thought of everything, from leaving out items for breakfast to catering for our little Jack Russell with a lovely cosy blanket and dog treats 😊The cabin was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. We had such a relaxing, peaceful stay at Bernie's and would love to return again soon 😊

We had a wonderful stay here. Both the house and our room were lovely and spacious, exactly what we were hoping for. We received such a warm and friendly welcome from David & Winston the dog which made us feel right at home straight away. We met Claudine later and she was just as friendly and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was nice and hot and we had everything we needed for our stay. David came to chat to us as we left and wished us all the best on the rest of our travels which was lovely. Highly recommend! Thank you so much David & Claudine!

Hosts were very accommodating for our delayed check-in time, and were able to give us some great recommendations for some local walks/places to eat in town. 10/10 would go back.

I had a late check-in that was fine and appreciated. Good safe off-road parking. As soon as I opened the door to the stairs that access the apartment a wonderful fresh fragrant smell surrounds you. It’s really is lovely. Everything was as I remembered. It’s beautifully decorated with flair and style and a good size bedroom with lots of hanging space. The bathroom is large and a fantastic rain forest shower. Lovely stay, thankyou.

We found the room to have everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The spec was high end with its own little courtyard which we found handy for our dog. Within a 5 minute walk of Whitby town centre. Communication from the host was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a room whilst visiting Whitby and the surrounding areas.

Consideration This is an Inn/Lodge/Hotel. If you are looking for a typical AirBnB which has its own kitchen, washing machine, cutlery etc etc ... then be aware that this is not one of those but is a nice inn/lodge Positive Sarah is an extremely warm host Very helpful hosts Breakfast at the cafe/restaurant was included in the stay cost Nice restaurant and bar which is full of energy during the weekends and open till quite late Flexible in the approach Very hospitable Room for Improvement Internet/Wi Fi speed
