Just 1/4 mile outside city limits on a paved road where you won’t have the city/ town sounds and noises. You will have a beautiful view of a pond and horses. Private apartment connected to main house by garages. Private entrance, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath, 1 trundle day bed(two twin beds) in living area. Full kitchen and laundry room. I also have a pack n play and high chair available for toddler or baby upon request. Also: No worries during storm season, we have a SAFE ROOM.

Guests will have the entire space to themselves: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room! Host is an aspiring Animator and lives in the “mother in law suite” on the property (same building)! The kitchen door divides the property with locks on each side and the laundry room is on the “mother in law’s” side.

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches. We do not charge a cleaning fee! So no surprises when you see the total.
