Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

Smallish bedroom in a very cute old cottage. Good for a short stay of couple of days or so. Modernized kitchen and spacious bathroom with power shower. Olivia was very helpful, friendly, and flexible with checking/out, and offered suggestions on local activities. The dog Ted was friendly and very hyper, but stayed out of the bedroom. Excellent breakfast with range of cereals, toast and homemade jam, tea, coffee for a good start to the day. Very central location in Frome. (Listing says both shared and private bathroom in different paces, but it really is private). Good value, and highly recommended.

Cozy house and hospitable hosts. The house is clean and tidy. Beautiful residential area. One of the best Airbnb experiences.

Third stay at 8 Owls and it reslly is a perfect place to stay centrally located. Very useful shared spaces like the kitchen and veranda. We had a couple questions and hosts were so responsive and extremey helpful to us. Vrry cute extra touches around the place. Very beautiful accomodation. 😍 would stay again in a heart beat 💓

Honestly can say this was the best experience of an Airbnb myself and partner had. A very warm welcome, treated like a part of the family. The room was very spacious and a lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed and the added teas, coffees, biscuits were a great touch. The breakfast was out of this world. Everything you could of asked for. What a lovely experience, thank you Sarah and Mark. We will visit again.

Oh, my! Naomi’s was beyond my dreams. It’s true. Lovely, lovely spot. And Naomi is, simply, what a gracious host should be. I felt so at home that I sensed I’d long lived there. I am very grateful I found Naomi’s and that, in all my own busy-ness, I was able to spend some time talking and listening. I will be back as soon as I can. That’s true, too. 🙏🙏

Our first visit to Bath was wonderfully enhanced by an over night stay with Petra & Dick; they were most welcoming, flexible with our wishes to check-in and made us feel right at home from the start to finish. The short bus ride from their house into Bath was very scenic as a bonus! Would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this very nice place with an incredible garden of many levels providing sanctuary and scenic views - we were fortunate to enjoy some beautiful weather with the lovely breakfast they served outside too! We didn't feel like guests, we felt like we had known them all along :0)

Lovely cottage, exactly as described with cats and quirks, cute and old with lots of character. Cats were lovely, even the slightly grumpy one, breakfast was well above expectations. Delicious! Comfy bed too. Great place, sad we only stayed one night really!

Such an amazing stay!! Would definitely come back in a heartbeat not only was the place so cute and cozy Nina was so incredible and welcoming. The house was in an amazing location only one short bus away from central bath. Everything you could need was included as well as a lot of helpful recommendations from Nina.

I instantly felt welcome in this beautiful and historic house. I loved the wood stoves in my sitting room and dining room and had a beautiful and comfortable bedroom-I am seriously in love with the bed I slept so well in. Breakfast....well. The bread and croissants were fantastic...as was the rest of the continental buffet breakfast (I eat far too much, but regret nothing.) A lovely warm comfortable home that embraces the visitor. And to cap it all, the charming little dog who resides at this address will keep you company if you should so desire.

Excelente lugar para tu estadía en Bath, me encanto la habitación, muy linda y super tranquila! La zona donde esta ubicado es hermosa, excelente para conocer Bath caminando, esta cerca de todos los puntos mas turísticos. El desayuno excelente! Si venis a Bath sin dudas te tenes que quedar acá :)

tijdens mijn wandeling van de Cotswold way, heb ik 20 minuten van de route gelopen, de volgende dag kan je hem makkelijk vanuit hier weer oppakken,zonder om te lopen ;-) wat kan ik zeggen over mijn verblijf? ik weet niet waar ik kan beginnen...het ontvangst is verwelkomend en warm, je voelt je direct thuis. de ruimte is prachtig, met een fijne plek bij de open haard. Ze hebben meerdere keren aangeboden deze aan te steken maar het was warm dus dat hoefde niet. Het bad, top! De douche, geweldig! Het bed,prachtig opgemaakt en voelde mij als een prinses erin. De volgende ochtend op afgesproken tijd kreeg ik ontbijt geserveerd. Super lekker,met aandacht gemaakt, speciaal voor mij vegetarisch ontbijt. De omgeving, de lieve mensen, schattige honden en andere dieren maken geheel dit verblijf een overnachting om nooit te vergeten. Deze mensen snappen hoe je gasten ontvangt, verzorgd en ook de ruimte laat te gaan. echt fantastisch! ontzettend bedankt!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish it had been for longer. Julie was a fabulous host and really went above and beyond, greeting us with tea and cake and making us breakfast in the morning. The room is a spacious and calm space. It feels a very private space and everything is immaculate. There are thoughtful extra touches too with tea and coffee in the room and some toiletries in the bathroom (which we were extremely grateful for as we turned up without any!)

What a beautiful place to stay. On arrival Pauline immediately moved us to a double room as it was our anniversary despite having booked the twin. It was a stunning room with a 4 poster bed! Everything about the place was beautifully maintained. We were able to explore the gardens at our leisure, again absolutely amazing with historic water ways as it had previously been a mill. Yhe breakfast vets equally of a high standard. The nearby village of Cannington was easily walkable with shops, pubs and restaurants. Pauline was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Nice quiet but central location for access to town centre

I stayed with Avril for one night and she is a very good host. The place was spotless, and in my room, which had a lockable door, I had tea and coffee making facilities, plus use of the main kitchen, for which she had bought me bread to toast for breakfast, as well as some chocolate filled buns. It's now my go to place to stay whenever I visit the area.

We decided to take a very last min trip away, as we have recently moved and are expecting baby number 2 in a week or so, so needed a breather. Martin was on hand for check-in. He was lovely and showed us our room, checked if we needed anything else, and told us a few places to eat. The room was lovely, well kept, spotless and perfect for our short stay. Coffee, tea and biccies were in hand, which are always welcome. The shower was brilliant, great pressure and lovely and hot. Breakfast too was lovely, piping hot and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin and he was chatty, friendly and welcoming. We would very much reccomed a stay here and thank our lovely host for accommodating us.

A great place to stay and very convenient for visiting bath. A lovely bedroom, very tastefully furnished with good facilities. The host is very helpful and thoughtful with everything provided you might need. A delightful stay.
