'Home from home' is how I like guests to feel whilst staying at this welcoming, clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's a lovely, light filled property, tastefully decorated with quality furniture, art and comfortable beds, and offers a patio, garden and off street parking in a village, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes the City Centre. Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.

We provide you with your own kitchenette and breakfast bar consisting of a kettle, toaster and microwave, washer/dryer. The breakfast bar doubles up as a useful workstation. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

My house is full of home from home style and character. I have a pretty garden you can sit in during the warmer months and you are welcome to use all the living areas and kitchen during your stay. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Located on easy routes between Bristol and Bath.
