Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

We’ve just returned from 2 nights here and we’re very sad to be leaving! The pod has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has clearly been well thought out. The spot is very private and incredibly peaceful. The huge secure garden / field was absolutely perfect for our dog - she loved it. Lots of lovely footpaths nearby to explore too. Can’t wait to return!

Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise - the view, space, cabin and overall location make this not to be missed. The large fire pit was amazing and thanks for the first night’s wood. The view from the gas bbq was phenomenal. Fantastic pubs and historical sights of Lacock in walking distance, absolute peace and quiet, it’s just a dream holiday for anyone - especially a weary urbanite like me. Perfect for couples to go off-grid and relax. Thanks so much Mark for your helpful comms and all the thought you’ve put in to the place - we can’t wait to come back :)

This was a gorgeous place to escape. The space was beautiful, clean, well taken care of and provided everything I needed. The location was stunning, It was peaceful and beautiful, and even though it’s on the owners’ property, Extremely private and I felt quite isolated. Friendly and helpful hosts as well. Already thinking about booking myself another weekend away!

Amazing place. I had a very relaxing weekend especially chilling in the hot tub. The views were amazing as well. Jessica was a great host and was available for anything. Would definitely recommend

The Cabin was peaceful and clean. The compost toilet was the nicest compost toilet I've used - easy-to-use and well presented. The close proximity to the farm shop and cafe was excellent, especially the quality and price of the farm shop foods and beverages. Also, Lizzie was a friendly and helpful host who made the Cabin feel like home.

We loved our stay at Manor Cottage in Seend this past weekend. Peaceful cottage with homely feel, great tennis court and wonderful relaxing gardens. Francis made sure we were looked-after at all times. Thank you!! TJ & Gabs

This was the second time staying at the Blues Hut. We love the rustic charm, but with all of the essentials, like WiFi. Roger is super friendly and we loved having dinner at the pub 5 minutes walk away. It was a great weekend away.

WOW- I can’t recommend this listing any more highly. Lou went above and beyond to make our stay special. The drive through her garden/farm to get to the accommodation felt magical, before witnessing the stunning Shepard’s hut. If you’re looking for a cute countryside retreat, this is the one for you. It was so peaceful having a few drinks in the fairly light lit hot tub, before crashing on the large king sized bed. 15 minute drive to cheddar gorge, and only 5 minutes to local pub (or 20 min walk). Lou was super responsive the whole trip and did whatever she could to make our stay feel special. We will definitely be returning next year (potentially with friends as she has another studio with space for 2 more people on a separate listing). Thanks so much :)

Absolutely gorgeous place in a wonderfully private location. Truly felt like a little escape. Had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed using the bbq and firepit very much!

We had a really lovely stay in Parkend! The cabin was cozy, warm, had everything we needed and was well-furnished. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed stargazing on the clear nights. Graham and Di were great hosts. Very responsive and the breakfast basket was such a lovely added bonus. This airbnb was very good value for money - particularly in such a great location close to lots of walks and attractions. Would be very happy to come back at some point and will be recommending to our friends and family! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time in Glastonbury. Wonderfully quiet, view of the tower during breakfast on the terrace, and in the backyard you walked right through the meadow to the tower. The trip we made at 7 in the morning was unforgettable. Seeing the sun come up in the beautiful Somerset landscape. The cottage had everything we needed. It was magical. We had such a fantastic stay at Val and Tony's beautiful cabin! The place was spotless, cozy, and even more stunning than the photos. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—it was the perfect way to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay extra special was the thoughtful birthday touch they added for our daughter. It meant so much to us and made the trip unforgettable for her. You can really tell Val and Tony care about their guests and go the extra mile. We can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a clean, gorgeous cabin with amazing hosts, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best stay. We were 2 couples and the space was perfect for 4 adults. the property was clean throughout. Chaska was faultless, great at communicating with us and so friendly! The setting is truly beautiful, you feel very peaceful and relaxed. we were lucky to have lambs in the field next to us and watched them for hours on end!

we had a amazing 2 night stay at Sally's shepards hut over the bankholiday. Sally is a great host and gave lots of good information on the surrounding areas for activities to do. The garden and hut were kept great and overall it was a really pleasant stay. 5 stars 🌟

Lovely cabin perfect for a little getaway for 2! We love staying here as it’s nice and close to everything that’s needed, but tucked away enough that it feels private. It’s always clean and very cozy! Everything we need there, hosts are always responsive and accommodating!

The check in instructions were very clear, we arrived in the dark and had no issues using our phone flashlight and following the provided instructions. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The fresh bread was a welcoming touch! The space is small but provided what we needed for a short stay.

We loved our stay! The Shepherd’s Hut was cozy, clean, and peaceful. It’s the perfect location for serene country walks and a visit to Bath city. We appreciated the warm welcome and all the little thoughtful touches in the space. Will definitely visit again

Although a small space it was very well equipped and beautifully clean. I loved the ornamentation. Ann was very helpful and provided milk of our choice for hot drinks.

Had a lovely 3 nights stay in a very comfortable cottage with beautiful views across open countryside. The cottage is well equipped with everything you may need and was very clean . Lovely sunny conservatory leads onto garden and patio . Comfortable bed with lovely comfy pillows. Excellent location for travel to many of the popular tourist locations all within easy reach. Good instructions from Chris and Natalie for directions and check-in as well as secure gated parking . Would stay again if we revisit the area again.
