Very good stay for 6 people. Lucie is very responsive when needed.

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

A charming place, surrounded by greenery and cows, ideal for relaxing. Isabelle, our hostess, is a very welcoming and smiling person, who was able to inform us well. The only small inconvenience of our stay was the lack of outdoor light to enjoy the terrace in the evening, or maybe we couldn't find it. Anyway, it didn't spoil our very pleasant weekend.

A very beautiful house in nature , very beautiful , very functional , very pleasant both inside and out . A charming , pleasant garden. Everything is equipped for children as well . An address to keep without hesitation We'll be right back .

We had a great time at Élodie's cottage. It is ideally located in a very quiet environment and at the same time close to small local shops. We were able to do a lot of hiking in the area by driving around a bit. The cottage is very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. The different terraces allow you to enjoy the beautiful setting depending on the day. If we had to suggest a single point to improve for some guests, it would be a slightly larger bed. Being a little large, the 140 bed was a little narrow for me.

Beautiful family home in Aix with beautiful garden and trampoline (ideal for children). Everything went well! We enjoyed meeting in a house inhabited all year round (small treasure everywhere: board games...)

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Very pleasant stay and ideal for a couple with children. The space is functional and located in an area full of things to do.

Magical location! Easy access to the heart of Old Annecy. Access to the canal's edge is a big plus.

We stayed at Fred's place during a weekend hiking with our dog 🐶 The accommodation was very clean, the bedding very comfortable, we highly recommend this place! Small bonus, for its location, close to lots of walks. ☺️ Although we couldn't see Fred when we arrived, the phone contact was very friendly and the instructions were very accurate! Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path going around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very nice host and provided valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

Fantastic apartment with lots of charm only a few minutes walk from Annecy train station in safe and pleasant neighbourhood. All the attractions of Annecy are within walking distance. Apartment is spotlessly clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen stocked with essentials, and plenty of space to relax. Very quiet at night for peaceful sleep. We also appreciated the local information folder. Top class service!

Excellent stay at Felicie's, her place is a real little cocoon where you feel very good. The balcony is a real plus, the place is very quiet, it is very well equipped, nothing is missing everything is perfect. I'll be back with great pleasure.

We loved our stay at Christophe's place. We left with our daughter for a little weekend with the family and we loved everything: the apartment quite spacious, very clean and the equipment but special mention for the outside, the swimming pool (secured) and the electric plancha. Clean and well-equipped accommodation that matches the listing. Located 15 minutes from Annecy in a quiet residence. Responsive and flexible hosts. We had a lovely stay at this place, I recommend it!

The accommodation is top notch! It has everything you need like at home. The view is nice and the location is perfect for shopping, eating, or getting some fresh air. It's true that the couch tends to sag but apparently it will be changed. Host is very responsive. Good value for money.
