Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

This charming 60m² T3 is exceptionally well placed in the very beautiful village of Brison Saint Innocent. Its terrace is ideal for admiring the view of Lac du Bourget while having lunch around the table. This accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Wifi, a private garage, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also included. An arrival kit, sheets and towels will be provided. Lots of space in this apartment, comprising 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140 bed, the second "twin", (2 single beds of 90, convertible into a 180 bed). Located on the second floor of a detached house. Free access to the large swimming pool. You will be seduced by the location, the calm, the view of Lake Bourget, the walking access to practice paddle, boat ride... Bike rides by the lake, hiking tours with lake views. City of Aix-les-Bains, very pleasant.
