This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! I stayed here to celebrate my bachelorette party and we had the best time. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the beach and super close to shops, restaurants, and easy transportation. Clarissa was so nice and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. The cleaning staff was also very kind and kept everything spotless. I truly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, convenient, and comfortable stay in Puerto Escondido. Everything was great—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The place was close to the restaurants but not so close that you could hear noise at night, the place was very quiet and pleasant

The stay was perfect, from the decoration to the "micro climate" that the house has for those days of sweltering heat in Puerto Escondido! The area is quiet and just a few minutes' walk from bars, restaurants and the beach. I 100% recommend staying here. We would definitely choose it again!

Incredible place to stay!! This was probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully furnished and has 4 great sized bedrooms with AC. As others have noted, the pictures don’t do it justice! All the staff were lovely and on hand to sort anything we needed. Definitely book this property!

My partner and I thought it was an excellent Airbnb, very cozy and unique in its architecture. The atmosphere is very pleasant thanks to the talks and the willingness of Mrs. Rebeca and her many pets to pet. He helped us a lot in terms of what to do and where to go in Puerto Escondido since it was our first time, he gave us very accessible transport tips because the main avenue is in front. You have a spectacular view of the sea and a balcony to rest very peacefully. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my time there. Cesar was so helpful during my entire stay. The room is spacious and comfortable! It is a bit of a walk uphill. The Helena bakery is a must-visit!

This was our very best Airbnb experience of 27! A personable + attractive couple, they are determined to do all they can so that you will enjoy their place. We did, very much!! Privacy: can’t hear other 2 apts at all tho apt is airy + light with good windows. Terrace: the best! Ate here always - private, quiet, breezy, well lit, large Laminated maps and their local advice pages are best we’ve seen Aircon great, reaches all the space. Used I it part of every day WiFi (2) worked well all the time, amazing TV: many channels, Spanish + English HOT water in bath and kitchen Kitchen: clean. Well supplied Drinking water provided Cleaning lady helpful + good Good laundry in this street Parking no problem, outside along house wall, dusty Location: within 5 short blocks of all but quiet! Very walkable. Fun to watch kids’ surfing lessons Sat+Sun mornings Loved birding from terrace + lagoon. Ask Afro about birds😊 See Adoquin tourist street booking booth for turtle release, coffee, birds

10/10 experience! The apartment is so beautiful and spacious in a great neighbourhood. It is conveniently located between La Punta and Zicatela beach, and very quiet, which I loved. Waking up to the ocean view everyday was amazing and the private rooftop terrace was such an added bonus! Hosts Reyna and David were so kind and helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I kept extending my stay which tells you everything you need to know - I found it hard to leave! It goes without saying that I will be back. Highly recommend!

The stay at Pepe’s place was even better than described online. There was a clear effort by everyone involved to make guests feel at home and most importantly relaxed. Branded bath robes, extra beach towels and a clean space with all the cool air one needs made it feel like a very luxurious stay, all while at a very reasonable price. The pool and outdoor showers were also a nice common space for all guests to interact and wind down after long days at the beach. The neighborhood was very close to all shops and restaurants in La Punta, close enough but still was quiet enough to be able to disconnect from the more upbeat atmosphere on the main streets. There is also a nice family run mini market on the next block that seemed to have the best assortment of snacks, personal products and drinks. Next to this was their scooter and motorcycle rental shop that was an added bonus! We rented for two days and it made for exploring all the areas of Puerto Escondido easy. 10/10 would stay again

The place is very nice and is just like the description of the place. The pool is quite large and very good for swimming. The location is very good, easy to access, if you go by car, you get to all the beaches super fast. The car stays outside but the area is very safe. Alfedo was always on the lookout, as was Lalo, the guy who looks after the place. They were always on the lookout. I would definitely rent this place again if we come back, and I highly recommend it.

The perfect oasis (at a great price) in La Punta - just a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants, cafes, and the beach. I stayed in the Yuku Suite which was exactly as described, and the AC was so strong I actually had to turn it off (which is saying something since it was nearly 100° F when I was there). The pool is a lovely place to relax and I loved the cold drinking water. I do recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me - the flip side of being close to everything is that you are also close to the noise, although it definitely varies (I stayed 2 nights and one was much noisier than the other). I recommend the Juice Bar on the corner if you stay here - chicken sandwich blew me away!

We loved our stay here, the apartment is has everything you would need , the balcony / outdoor area is particularly special, surround by lots of beautiful plants & trees - the perfect place to chill after a day at the beach

Magnificent place. It is centrally located for getting to Zicatela or heading to Casa Wabi. There are several places around it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, the area is super quiet. Upon arrival at the building, you'll find a new and very clean construction. The apartments are spacious, clean and very pleasant. They have everything you need, even for cooking. Elvia, the host, was extremely attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely come back for the warmth with which we were received. 10000/10
