Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

The accommodation offered by Jess is very well located, 5 minutes from the beach. The accommodation is pleasant and easy to get to, and there are two local shops within a 2-minute walk (I particularly liked the Nord Hove café down the road). Jess is very responsive and very pleasant, a stay in keeping with the local weather: sunny ☀️

We had such a wonderful time staying at Ricky’s place when visiting Brighton, to the point where we chose to stay in during the evenings rather than going out because it was such a comfortable and homely place! Ricky was a really friendly and proactive communicator, who made us feel so welcome and at ease; it made the whole trip feel like a 5-star getaway. Next time we visit Brighton, I don’t think we’ll look anywhere else to stay but at Ricky’s! Highly recommended and great value.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. We were very comfortable in the space, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is in a good central location, we found the road was quiet in the evenings which we appreciated as we were staying with our young children. Our host was communicative and helpful, and we'd certainly look to stay here again.
