In the high district of Zell-Barl, located on the edge of the forest, this bright 2-room apartment with views of the large garden is located on the upper floor. From here, all the sights and hiking trails of the Moselle are within easy reach. The wine culture typical of the Middle Moselle can be experienced in all its facets through numerous offers and events. Whether cycling, hiking, boat trips, wine tastings, wine festivals or simply to relax. We look forward to seeing you soon. =)

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the apartments as we would like them for our vacation. A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with sauna, another bathroom, a box-spring bed in the master bedroom, double beds in the other two bedrooms and a beautiful outdoor area. In addition, we will provide you with three electric bikes for the duration of your stay to explore our beautiful countryside.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen.
