Holiday rentals with a patio in Bridgetown

I LOVE THIS HOME! Tristan & his wife Lily are unbelievably kind. I’m a 23 yr old solo female traveler, & I feel very safe here. The Airbnb is inside of a locked gate and this neighborhood is very friendly and SO welcoming. This place has an AMAZING view, it’s on a cliff & you can see the ocean from here! The tribe of monkeys that come through the yard everyday are magical. This VERY clean home has everything one can need: AC, fridge, supplied kitchen, big shower with hot water, lots of natural light, & privacy. I originally booked this for 5 days & was planning on staying on another part of the island but I loved this airbnb SO much that I extended my stay. Tristan and Lily are so welcoming and the most communicative people I think ever on Airbnb, they gave me endless recommendations for beaches and restaurants & things to do, & helped me arrange transportation, they’re available practically always to talk. I felt at home here, I wish it’d let me write more. Stay here! You will love it

Natasha's airbnb was exactly as advertised: Clean, extremely spacious and well maintained. The area is very quiet and allows for a restful stay. Natasha herself is very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with.

I spent 12 nights at Nicole’s apartment. Nicole was a great host. She let me check in early & check out late. She was proactive & offered this without me having to ask, which was really kind. The apartment had everything I needed & more. I didn’t use the oven but it’s there if you need it. The location is great for walking to the beach & St Lawrence Gap area. Oistins is just down the road & the bus stop for buses to Bridgetown & Speightstown is 2 minutes walk. There are also ZR vans to the airport & other places which run frequently along the nearby road. After a busy day’s sightseeing it was great to be able to relax watching shows on Netflix. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at the apartment. I brought insect spray but I didn’t need it. The windows have mesh to keep out insects. But also in the area around the apartment insects weren’t particularly an issue. The WiFi worked well & the surroundings felt peaceful despite being close to the road. Overall - a great stay!

Denise’s Airbnb was incredibly comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. A big bonus was the mosquito screens on the bedroom windows, which meant we could sleep peacefully without worrying about getting bitten. The living room is open-plan with the kitchen, creating a spacious and airy feel, and it opens out onto a lovely balcony that lets in the refreshing tropical breeze. The entire apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Wi-Fi was available and worked well, which was a great convenience. Denise also kindly provided some essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. I would absolutely recommend this stay to others!

Sean and Akilah were amazing hosts. They made our already lovely stay even better. They’re communicative, friendly, easy going. We loved their apartment and the pool. It was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Lots of things were walkable, it’s close to some lovely beaches and it’s near to buses so really easy to get around. A great find. Thanks so much!

My week and a half here was amazing, the place was very spacious and clean. My son and I also had a lovely time at the pool that was just footsteps away from the home ! Would definitely stay here on my next vacation

I have to say, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. I booked with Hazel and Timothy at The Golden Palm for my honeymoon stay and I could not be happier with how my stay went. First, Hazel was so accommodating with my husband and I; Our flight landed early and she allowed us to check in a bit before our check in time. She greeted us so warmly and gave us a tour. She had put together the cutest honeymoon basket filled with goodies for my husband and I to use throughout our stay (sunscreen, face masks, wine and so much more!). The space itself was stunning! Exactly as pictured and the outside area was everything we hoped it would be. Lastly when we checked out Timothy was kind enough to drive us to the airport and he gifted us two absolutely darling mugs that say “The Golden Palm” so we will always have a little piece of our honeymoon with us back in the States! 10/10 host! 10/10 stay! 10/10 experience! You won’t regret booking!

Our stay at Dora’s Cottage was absolutely delightful — peaceful, comfortable, and filled with the warm charm of Barbados. The cottage is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, making it the perfect retreat to relax and recharge, while still being conveniently close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The space was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to soft linens. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — ideal for morning coffee and unwinding after a day of exploring the island. Corey was a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. His hospitality truly made the experience feel personal and memorable. If you’re looking for a serene and authentic stay in Barbados, Dora’s Cottage is a beautiful choice. Our stay was absolutely lovely — it felt like a resort experience but with the added flexibility and autonomy that made it even more special. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. What really set it apart, though, was the host — truly exceptional! So warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and elevated escape.

Our hosts picked us up from the airport and we were immediately charmed by their warmth which made us feel like family. They even took us shopping for any necessities that we might need. Once we arrived at the home, we fell in love with the place. Not only was the décor lovely, but being a bit of a clean freak... I was very happy to find the home so incredibly clean. Amenities were perfect.. with the hosts thinking of just about everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car. Driving was a bit of a challenge though..at first.. lol. Beds were super comfortable.. and both room had its own washroom.. which was ideal for us. I cannot say enough of how lovely these hosts were to us. Took us back to the airport for our departure and made sure us and all our luggage were checked in safely. Stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this home and hosts. The only note is that you will need a car to get around.. but hosts have recommendations.

Beautiful house situated within a local community. The home itself had every amenity available, so was very well equipped. Very well presented. Excellent communication with the hosts. Very close to the beach. Would highly recommend this house/hosts and location.

Wonderful house in a local, friendly neighborhood only 10 minutes by bus to the busy tourist hub. The welcome basket was amazing - the personal touch that makes a house a home! The house is roomy and well appointed with AC in the bedrooms and living room. Excellent water pressure for showers, and the outdoor pool was appreciated for cooling off. The small touches and attention to comfort was evident throughout the home. Very comfie beds! Shirrell was immediately responsive any time we needed to reach out, including our sudden early departure back to Canada. We felt supported throughout our stay, knowing our host would assist as/if needed. We used the space a lot, particularly for working while there and the house functions quite well for this. The only drawback and completely outside the host's control are the six dogs next door that do not stop barking, whining, and scrapping for many many hours each day and well into the evening. Staying at Prior Park was a bliss. The property is brand-newly renovated and looks and feels it with lots of impressive gizmos all around. The location is great fit those looking to stay at an affordable price on the west coast. I suggest however having a car handy as there aren’t much in the way of public services and taxis are expensive. Our host was fantastic, always on hand when needed and we can’t thank her enough for making our stay absolutely incredible. Best Airbnb in barbados bar none!

Had lovely 4 nights at Dianne’s apartment, Rockley is ideally located with beach, shops a few minutes walk away. Bit of a drama as lost my wallet and couldn’t get any cash out, we called Dianne and she loaned us cash for the holiday within 30 minutes, very kind and absolute life saver. Beer and food as cheap as you like in Barbados, tip, find the happy hours, if you like a Caribbean party recommend Crystal Waters bar on Sunday afternoon. We love Barbados.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second time staying at the home. The pictures you see is exactly what you get. The private rooftop patio is large with view of the ocean. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast there. Also a perfect way to watch the sunset. The location is perfect, walking distance to enterprise beach, supermarket, lots of places to eat and Oisten. Simone was very responsive and attended to any questions we had. We are returning next year to Barbados and will be staying here again.

Clean,Spacious and quickly felt like home away from home.The decor was beautiful and clean.Bed, couches and chairs were comfortable as well.The outdoor patio made for a nice chill spot in the early mornings and daytime.Loved the natural sunlight that came through all the windows and if I needed to cool down the ac being on for a short time cooled down the entire apt. It was a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay again and recommend. Ria is an amazing host who responds not only prompt but with much flexibility and I really appreciated her for that!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Philip's condo for a week, and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect, situated near the most beautiful beaches on the west side of Barbados. It's also conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and the bus line, making transportation a breeze. Philip's communication was excellent both before and during my stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. The apartment itself is modern and well-updated, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. After a long day at the beach, the pool was a fantastic place to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Philip's condo for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Barbados!

This was our first time in Barbados and this property made for a great trip. We would definitely stay there again. Great location right in the middle of all the St Lawrence Gap action and restaurants, but still felt secluded and private when on property. We were greeted at the location when we arrived and given a thorough walk through of the property as well as local recommendations. If you are looking for a place to stay on the south coast look no further!

Stunning apartment, with ocean views from every room. Amazing layout for 2 couples, with basically 2 suites. Unbeatable st Lawrence gap location and lovely host. Plus a little pool, just as cool as you didn't know you needed! Many thanks for have us. It was wonderful, a dream vacation.

But what truly made this stay special was the host, Paul and Allan, so warm, welcoming, and attentive! When the coffee maker wasn’t working, he replaced it the same day, showing just how committed he is to making guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place with a thoughtful and caring host. Five stars all the way!
