Not a modern villa and price reflects this. It's good value and well equipped, has good wi fi, and all 4 bedrooms have air con. Great location and views. As a mixed age family group we found it a good base to explore the island from. A downside not within the owners control is that one of the approach roads is steep and poorly maintained so you have to find the best way up it to avoid the holes. The owner was very flexible about a late departure and we really appreciated this. We enjoyed the pool and walking down to the local beach at Stonehaven were there are a couple of decent places for lunch.

Neals home was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The photos look exactly like the photos but bigger, the space is massive and has plenty of room for a family to stay. He is extremely responsive & pleasant. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and cant wait to book again.

What an amazing stay! David’s place is very unique from the million dollar views of the sea, to outdoor showers, to the various birds that live in nearby trees. All of that plus the comforts of home. We would recommend a 4x4 to get to the villa as the driveway needs all the traction your car can provide. We would also stop off at Penny Savers near the airport to really stock up on groceries. Finally I found driving through Mason Hall and Moriah to be unnerving because of how fast locals drive and the narrow streets. Rather, I would recommend driving to Roxborough and then heading to Bloody Bay. It will add another 10 minutes, yes, but the roads are a bit wider, the views are amazing throughout, and there are just lesser amount of cars overall.

Excellent place. Looks much better in reality than the photos. Patsy and Sonja are gems. If you find this available and looking for a study in Tobago, don’t waste your time. Book here now! Big pool and backyard as well. Like I said, the pictures here don’t do this beauty justice. It’s worth every penny you spend. Will surely come again.

My wife and I and our 7yo boy stayed at Donna’s apartment which is modern, functional, spacious and very well appointed. I am 60 yo, very well-travelled having lived on several continents and I can attest that the beach and jungle views from the house rank amongst the finest home views I have ever witnessed. It is the only house in the vicinity of the pristine and untouched Englishman’s bay rainforest and beach and it is very peaceful and truly mesmerising. Donna proved a very proactive and efficient host. We stayed in two other places in Castara and Parlatuvier which were excellent as well but this topped them all. We would have happily stayed quite a while longer than our 4 days. Highly recommended.

The place was exactly what was listed on Air Bnb, also quite spacious so ideal for a group. The location was superb - tucked away with privacy yet central to all attractions. As nature lovers, we appreciated the peaceful and picturesque community. It is ideal for taking long walks and on early mornings there is an abundance of birds at the 2 lakes within the community. This type of setting is exactly what we wanted. It seemed like the villa was not used for a while so everything was a bit dusty. We had to wash the dishes before using them so some improvement needed there. However, the place was updated with modern appliances, amenities and bathroom fixtures. Everything to make you feel right at home!

The host was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late which is rare! Both homes are identical, spacious, the pool and yard space were Devine! I hosted a family reunion and everyone was extremely comfortable. The kitchen space is huge with enough room for multiple cooks; we even utilized the grill! The speakers were easy to connect to and very loud! Great for setting the vibes! The house is close to the airport and all the beautiful beaches are walking distance. We even went to a few bars that were very close by! The home could use some minor touch ups and modernization but ultimately we had an amazing time and I and grateful to have found this location.
