Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The residence is on the grounds of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub can be booked for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking outside is no problem.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

An atmospheric 55-square meters apartment, located on the 9th floor, on the north side of a traditional 1977s building in Eindhoven. Within a 300-meter radius there are more than hundred free parking spaces, several stores, fast food bars and two bus stops. The train station and the city center are about a 25-30 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes by bus and 12 minutes by bike.
