It was a wonderful short stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not good and quite cold in the course. The stoves did their best, but in one of the bedrooms it was a bit very airy,- in summer certainly a big advantage. It was clean except for a few cutlery I flushed. The bike was "golden"! Everything is comfortably furnished, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The towel service was also great!!! We did not use the barbecue, but everything is in stock, even the basic amenities are appealing. Thank you for a wonderful few days on a beautiful holiday resort. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice weekend with 5 friends. The stay was exactly as expected and Meike and Noud were easy to reach for questions. What we found a mega plus was the 35 minute walk to the center. An easy and nice piece outside without a hassle by car. The first evening, because of the beautiful weather, we could sit outside all evening in a spacious and nice garden. All in all; super good service, a super location and a very nice stay! Everyone saved the location for a next weekend away 😊

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation, quiet, 15 minutes walk from the center and 30 minutes walk from the train station ( choose the route that passes near the beguinage to stroll there if you have a little time). A washcloth is provided ( important for a Frenchman!!) Perfect communication to get access. A slightly steep staircase to get into the home. Very satisfactory value for money for Belgium.

There were five of us staying in the cottage and really were able to enjoy the tranquility. The large garden is also nice and gives you the space to lie down and make a campfire in the back. The cottage was also super fine. Anything you normally needed was present. The crockery is also for more than six people, so you don't quickly sit without it. It was clean and tidy and therefore felt right at home. Contact with the hosts also went very well. Upon arrival, there was someone to greet us in person and the same on departure. If you have any questions, we could text and get a quick response. We also received some tips in advance, which we have definitely used. Tip: make use of the vespas that can be rented nearby and go for a nice tour of the area!

We were warmly welcomed by Kim! The house is great so you walk right from the house into nature. During our week-long stay, we were always able to take several walks. Kim has put together a beautiful book with many attractions. Wonderfully quiet! Good living space with a sitting area and the spacious dining table as in the pictures.

Beautiful place, well equipped, comfortable bed. It's a bit noisy, can hear the highway and you can hear every word when there're people talking downstairs /next door. Jacuzzi was a bit dirty. The house itself was very clean, good shower, everything you need in kitchen. We had a great stay, very nice location with cute villages around, nice to drive /walk/bike around! Thank you!

Wilmas Place was just as described. Very cute layout and very beautiful scenery. The Airbnb is in the countryside so it its very peaceful. Wilma was very welcoming and always available. She even welcomed us with apple pie and stopped by to give us more baked goods! Such a lovely stay and Wilma is a great host.

Wouter and his family were very friendly and were always helping out if needed. Contact and check in/out were easy. The accommodation was tiny, clean and had an amazing view - in the evening we were able to see the sunset and the stars. It was as described and we loved it. We will come back. :)

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!
