You can expect a separate flat of approx. 44 m² with a separate entrance. Our apartment is right next to meadows and fields, and the vineyards are also not far away, ideal for long walks. In the bedroom there is a TV, also a children's travel cot, or mattress would still find a place in the bedroom. You will be in Ludwigsburg in about 10 minutes You will be in Stuttgart in about 20 minutes A bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Additional tourist tax of €2 per person per day from 1 July 2026

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.
