It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. Northwest of Hamburg in beautiful Schleswig Holstein is our lovingly furnished 48 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

Enjoy the special flair of a 200-year-old, thatched farmhouse, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the village. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Lauenbrück is located on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath with a varied landscape. In and around the village there are many ways to explore nature on foot, by bike or by canoe. In the nearby Landpark and the surrounding moor areas, cranes and native wildlife can be observed. Shopping/restaurants are available as well as a doctor/dentist. By train you can easily reach Hamburg/Bremen or take the Lower Saxony ticket to the North Sea.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The in-law is located in Kellinghusen in the immediate vicinity of the Stör and the Aukrug Nature Park. The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
