The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The approximately 200-year-old farmhouse is located at the entrance to the village of Platjenwerbe, directly on the state border with Bremen. On the 3500 m² property, which is surrounded by old oaks, there is plenty of space to linger, play and relax. You have the entire attic of the house to yourselves. There are three CATS (Mieke, Erwin and Kurt) living with us on the lower floor. They might come to see you if the door is open.
