The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Exterior seating on all sides. Road access all the way and possibility to charge an electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Beautiful Sauna. Boat from Easter, 2 Kayaks and a paddle board.

With two living rooms, it's easy to find peace and space for everyone. Visit the zoo, go on a boat trip or walk along the autumn coast. Driving times: 10 min to Lillesand and Brekkestø, 20 minutes to the Zoo, Ikea and Sørlandssenteret, 30 min to Grimstad, Kristiansand and Kjevik airport, 40 min to Arendal. The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
