Ruhig gelegen und wenige Gehminuten zur historischen Altstadt mit diversen Geschäften. Das Gebäude war eine frühere Manufaktur, die aufwändig saniert wurde und nun als stilvolle Unterkunft bereitsteht. Perfekt für Familien und kleine Gruppen bis 12 Personen, mit ungewöhnlich viel Platz auf über 180 m², dazu ein Garten an der alten Stadtmauer. Direkt am Haus fließt ein klarer Bach, die "Kleine Elz“. Die Sandsteintreppe, die zum Bach führt, kann abgesperrt werden, damit kleine Kinder sicher sind.
