Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Breitnau

The previous evaluations have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking routes are particularly great, some of which start right at the house. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we didn't stay there long enough! So only recommended, and indeed host and holiday home, you live and live effectively as on cloud 7.

We felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime 😊 the accommodation was very clean and tidy, there were many excursion destinations nearby and Tamara was always quickly available and helpful 👍🏽

Already before our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still see a lot. Last but not least, Petra and Roger are perfect, loving 😍hosts who were always available and supported with valuable tips. Simply 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for everyone👍🙏. We had a wonderful time🙏.. Perfect stay – thank you, Franz! We had a wonderful time staying at the place. Everything was very clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. The quiet environment provided for relaxation, and at the same time everything important, such as Europa-Park and Rulantica, was easily and quickly accessible. A very special thank you to the host Franz – super friendly, helpful and always available. They immediately felt welcome and in good hands. You don't find such warm care everywhere! We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place.

Claudia's house is a gem - a mix of style icons, museum and antique shop. Those who are prone to too many impressions per square meter will not feel comfortable. Everyone else will be very excited. Big pluses: the well-equipped kitchen, the sociable guest and pub room as well as the garden with diverse barbecue facilities - and if necessary - an outdoor kitchen. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful house and very secluded, with many opportunities to hike. Had a very nice time. Highly recommended!

Claudia and her family welcomed us warmly. The accommodation was well maintained and we even received snacks and a squeeze for our little daughter as a welcome gift. Super great and attentive. I would recommend Claudia's accommodation again and again.

We had an amazing time in Freiburg! Michael and his family were fantastic hosts. His lovely wife showed us around her garden. We walked around the historic old town, went to the market, ran beside the stream. The apartment is up many stairs in the attic but such amazing views! Especially the roof top terrace!

Perfect place for hiking and walking in the southern region of the Black Forest. A comfortable and roomy apartment. Nice hosts. Good town to stay, easy acces to stores. Easy to get around to Freiburg and beyond. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay. Rebecca and Tony were the loveliest hosts, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our adventures (which were wonderful and aplenty). We’re so grateful to the whole family for making our stay so welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property and to explore the local area. It really is an enchanting place, lush and green with so much to see and do. We were struck by the rich biodiversity of the region and how quiet and pristine it is. As a family who are passionate about nature and enjoy nothing more than spending time together outdoors, this was the prefect base. The property is nestled amongst tree-covered hills with beautiful wildflower meadows spanning the valley and you’ll find a stream at the bottom of the garden. The balcony offers dreamy views out towards the picturesque landscape where you can enjoy the soothing soundtrack of birds, the bells of the goats on the hillside and the stream. A little slice of paradise!

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

Accommodation with a lot of charm in the apartment and also in the garden. It is like being in paradise and a little trip to the past without giving up the standards of today. Thank you for the unique experience.

We had a fantastic stay in a fully equipped apartment. Everything is provided. The beds are great. It's also really a king size. We always select on that. I'm tall and wide, so that was nice. The wifi is very good. The area is beautiful. The view from the apartment is phenomenal and wide. We have seen wildlife from the apartment (deer and various birds of prey). We had a view of the mountains and the cattle of the father of the owner of the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We regularly had a chat with them. From the apartment, beautiful routes and places are within reasonable distance, as well as large well-stocked supermarkets and restaurants and terraces. For hikers, this is the end of the line. But when you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to be. Really a super apartment in a super location. Highly recommended, at an affordable rate.

The cosy log cabin with garden is located in a quiet, green environment. It is very clean, well equipped and pleasantly bright thanks to the large skylight. Wolfgang is a friendly and attentive host who proactively informs and responds very quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

what a nice, beautiful cottage with logs, a real mountain cabin. is located in a beautiful area. have made nice trips and walked wonderfully in the area 😀

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and peace. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with hot water, otherwise a very nice place!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so it has a lot of leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

We had a wonderful long weekend in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by sheep when we ate in front of the cottage. The cottage is very nice and very lovingly furnished. It is quiet and private amidst beautiful nature. The communication with Lucas was great. He responds very quickly and proactively inquires. All instructions are detailed and helpful. We would very much like to come back.

It was a good stay, a perfect base to see the Bodensee, Schaffhausen and other nice places. The house was simple, but fine! Everything you need is there.

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended
