The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. In addition, there is one more bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The beds are made and there are dishcloths, kitchen towels & towels.

There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from Svane Køkkenet.

The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

It is only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, parking right by the house and an electric car charger. The price includes sheets, sheets, towels, dish towels and cloths. The house has air conditioning, TV with built-in chromecast, and super fast WIFI. The house is fenced all the way around if you have your four-legged friend with you.

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Stay close to the beach, the Johannes Larsen Museum and the city. The apartment is separate in an extension of the main house. Kitchen with dining area and private (retro) bathroom. There is a view of the garden, and in the background, the old mill from Johannes Larsen can be enjoyed. There are chickens in the garden. Here, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and museum visits. Less than 2 km to Great Northen and SPA. 5 minutes to one of Funen's best mini golf courses.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Lækkert sommerhus, med havudsigt, smagfuldt indrettet. Dette sommerhus i træ, opført 2012 er på 48 velindrettede kvm, hvortil kommer en hems, hvor der evt kan sove et par børn. Huset er omkranset af træterrasse så der vil kunne findes sol hele dagen. Der er nem adgang (40 m) til godt badevand/bro. Vi anbefaler Max 4 voksne og evt 2 børn.
