Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Murmeli Vacation Rental

Our house is at the upper end of the large Walsertal in Fontanella. There are numerous ways to make your vacation varied. Our holiday apartment “Murmeli” has 35 square meters of living space. There is also a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view. The bedroom has a double bed, the kitchen-living room is fully equipped, plus a cozy seating area with a view. In the living area a small sofa and a TV. Our guests are welcome to park directly in front of the house.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
