Holiday houses in Brays Island

Hilton head is a great place to visit with the kids and Shannon’s place was amazing, huge pool, with a private beach, lots of amenities. Shannon’s condo was clean, had everything you needed, towels, beach accessories and more. My family and I had a wonderful time and will visit again.

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

This was an excellent location and just steps away from the beach. We also had access to beach chairs, towels, and bikes. In addition, Robert was very responsive to any requests or questions, and provided timely information about gaining access to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to use the unit again on a return visit to Hilton Head.

It’s an older building and the only issues pertained to the exterior and building itself. The unit itself was very nice and clean. The exterior was a little warn and dated and the unit above was noisy. The unit itself was extremely well furnished and we were not in need of anything. The pool was also very nice and well maintained. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Fred's Hilton Head property was an excellent deal and a great retreat away for our little family. The property is conveniently located close to the beach in an access restricted community with plenty of things to do for kids and adults alike. The walkable restaurant serves great food from the beachfront and the beach itself is wonderful and not very crowded. The property itself was very clean, well laid out, and has a great back deck overlooking the golf course, perfect for a morning coffee or night cap. Fred was an excellent host, very responsive and polite and suggested things to do on the island during a PGA golf event. The only thing left to say is EXCELLENT!

For the price we paid this place was great, we were able to use everything in the resort, and it was right on the beach. Condo was clean, the water pressure was great, the air-conditioning was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

We loved staying here so much! Patty was a perfect host and gave us such a warm welcome with the condo as well as so many good recommendations! We would love to stay here again when we come back to Hilton head! The condo was so cozy and right on the beach. There’s a lot of beach gear available in the condo that really helped us out. The resort is so fun and has a very large pool with a place right by it to get soft serve ice cream and snow cones! Thank you for a great stay!

Lisa & Mike’s condo was clean , comfortable and quiet! It had everything one could want for a short or extended stay. The nautical/ beach theme was carried nicely throughout the unit.

We had a great vacation! It was very peaceful back on the lagoon! A little walk to beach, but not far or bad at all! We love HHB&T and we will be back! The condo was beautiful!
