Monthly Rentals in Bray

The place was very nice and clean and huge. This is the first place we have rented that had items that you could get in a hotel. All the hand soaps and shower items were full. Nice touch with items in the frig for your use. Even had toiletries items that you could use if needed or forgotten. Hosts were great and extremely responsive! Will try to rent this home in the fall if we come for another show.

It was our wedding day with no place to meet and greet incoming family before the wedding and Spanky Davis was completely accommodating. it is a beautiful house in a nice peaceful neighborhood with a great price. We were amazed. Spanky Davis is the best and I will be recommending this place to others. Thank you so much for helping our day go over so perfectly.

Great place to stay. We will be definitely staying again. We come to Duncan often and it is very close to the fair grounds. We won't get a hotel again as long as price it comparable.

The house was immaculate and comfortable. Dan was very accommodating to our guests and they spoke very highly of the place. Would use his house if the opportunity arise again.
