The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Die ‚12er Loft‘ befindet sich im Obergeschoss des '12er Huus' und besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum. Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.
