For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

You have a wonderful view of the Großvenediger and other 3,000-metre peaks of the Hohe Tauern. Of course, exclusively for you - the whole house for you alone! Skibus to the Wildkogel: only 50m away! You have 2 bedrooms with the possibility of adding a cot. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Your HOLIDAY is waiting for YOU!

Waldidylle - Schmierberhäusl

Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Small, cosy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room cottage offers space for 3 people, shared hours and evenings. The wood-burning stove makes it pleasantly warm, and a large corner bench with a table, bunk bed, and chest of drawers are also in the hut. Barbecue facilities right next to the hut, water directly at the hut at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a few meters from the hut, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

Apartment "Manggeihütte Top 2" is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with seating area and spacious bedroom with two box springs and a bunk bed. From the hall you enter the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski area with ski boot dryers and the sauna and summer the bikes can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
