The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located with a view of meadows and mountains. In front of the house is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, and there's a kayak in the bay that you can borrow. There is a fishmonger and restaurant on the island, which is also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's natural landscape is diverse, with the open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre of the island.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Fantastic newly built sea house with jetty located at Hotel Strana in Hälleviksstrand. Come here by car or dock by boat at your own jetty, which is included in the rent. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. One staircase down is the jetty and outdoor furniture for six people. Upstairs there is a hall with sleeping alcove, a total of 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
