WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AT OUR PLACE On the ground floor of the cottage, there's a large room - we call it the kitchen, but it's much more than just a kitchen! It's a place where you can all gather around a big table or relax on the couch with a book. Kids can explore what's hidden in the chest and drawers... we don't mind. In fact, we've prepared something for them in there. Where You'll Sleep You can lay down in one of the three rooms in the cottage. In the bedroom, in the little room, or in the larger room. The bedroom has a double bed, the little room has three single beds, and in the last room, there's a double bed and a fold-out single bed. We can accommodate up to 9 guests. The cottage comes with a large garden (1200 m2) where you can relax during the day, have lunch in the fresh air under the garden gazebo, light a fire in the evening, and end it all with a sauna! The pool is available for guests from June to September. The sauna is in the garden gazebo, which also features outdoor seating and an indoor relaxation area where you can lie down after the sauna. You can cool off either in the stream behind the sauna or in the bathroom. The cottage is heated by electric. However, you can also light the fireplace, which distributes heat to all the radiators. Firewood for the fireplace is outside in the woodshed, which is open for you!

The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is parked in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden". Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. There is a separate area for sitting and relaxing, but you can also spread out in the tree house. The courtyard sauna can be shared for a small fee. And of course, all the play equipment, such as the trampoline, zip line, table tennis table, table football, etc.

The "Forsthaus Bielatal": On the 1.5 hectare forest property of the former Reichstein forestry office in the Biela Valley, the apartment is located in an idyllic & sunny secluded location. Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.
