Newly built farm long at homestead

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Here you will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, plaid. City apartment in Aabenraa city center

The apartment has a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 people) In addition to the bed (including bed linen), there is a sofa and TV for relaxation. You can make smaller meals. (Pots, electric cooker, cutlery, etc., and refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump (air conditioning) The apartment is a smoke-free area. Entrance door opens with key (key box)

Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a room. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included
