Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! We offer you an apartment on the territory of Heverlee. If you look through the large windows, you have a view of Kessel-lo and park Belle-Vue, to the left you can walk happily into Leuven. The spacious apartment for 2 people is located 500m from the station via park Belle-Vue where it is nice to walk or cycle. A safe garage space 150 m away is also available for storing the car and bicycles. A top accommodation location for those who want to taste the atmosphere and coziness of Leuven.

This house is part of a beautiful Brabant square farm from 1850 near the vast agricultural fields of Bierbeek, the Mollendaalbos and close to Leuven city center, Heverlee (Imec), UZ Leuven (Gasthuisberg) and the Industrial Park of Haasrode. The house is very comfortably equipped, has lots of light and open space. There is a spacious kitchen, bathroom, living room with large sofa and 2 (possibly 3) bedrooms. The house can be rented for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 5 months.

IThe location is central between Leuven and Tienen (both easily accessible by train, bus or bicycle) in a green environment (Meerdaalwoud and Butselbos) for walkers, cyclists.
