Ideally located, close to the pedestrian street, close to the train station and highway access, it is suitable for couples, business travelers, and vacationers for a short or long stay. Located in a quiet area but close to bars, restaurants and cinemas, everyone will find something to their liking. The parking space is an unlocked garage in the Saint Michel Sud parking lot.

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.
