The room was clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom was also very clean. Michelle is an accommodating host that is willing to share stories and recommendations but also respects if you want to be left alone. The view to the southwest is also beautiful.

Beautiful place to stay! Niwot had everything we needed, a market, restaurants, and trails. Cute neighborhood. Wonderful host, felt right at home!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this listing and Michael and Jenny's wonderful hospitality throughout. Just super nice people, easy to communicate with and always responsive. This is truly a gem of a listing for anyone needing a home away from home while visiting Boulder county! I was at the listing for an extended stay and was pleased to find that everything I needed was already provided. The space is extremely clean and neat–all recently remodeled and well thought-out in terms of function and comfort. The wi-fi is amazingly fast, which is nice if you need to get a little remote work done. The private entrance is also nice for easy access. Overall just a 10/10 stay!
