I rate this place 5/5 with pleasure because it is perfect in every way. The location is ideal: very close to the center, yet very quiet. You can't hear the noise of the city at all. The neighborhood is family-friendly, with a very “village” atmosphere, it feels good. Nearby there is a bakery, a grocery store open almost all the time and restaurants. The accommodation is perfectly clean, not overlooked. You can't hear the neighbors at all. It is very well equipped. We are welcomed as friends (soap, a basic grocery store...). The bedding is comfortable. The terrace is very nice, and the parking space is really convenient. Thanks to our host Eric for his kindness. Really, it's a flawless one!

Frederic is an excellent host - a great communicator, with very clear and concise instructions. The apartment is as described - cosy, clean and private We needed some flexibility with our checkout due to a change in plans, and Frederic was very understanding and helpful. Absolutely recommend.

We liked staying here very much. It was our first time in the city, and we were very jetlagged. It was quiet and allowed us to sleep and enjoy life. It was within a reasonable distance of everything in town. we would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody who is coming to Nantes.

I stayed with my family for 4 days and we felt right at home. Spacious, everything was clean, very quiet and with very good communication. A total hit! Fully accessible with a baby stroller.

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Patricia was very responsive to our request to stay in her accommodation. Communication was smooth and enjoyable. Patricia had left us the instructions so we could get to the schedule that suited us best: a real plus! The accommodation was quite charming and in line with expectations, the terrace is a real bonus to enjoy the Nantes sun! Clean and tidy, the listing is located in a quiet and secure cul-de-sac, only a 10min walk from the city center. Convenience stores are also closer. We were lucky enough to meet Patricia during our stay: a welcoming and smiling host who did not fail to do us the service of keeping our luggage up to our train schedule, a very appreciable extra effort! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a few days in the area.
