Very nice rental, very clean, very well equipped, extremely well located: in the heart of the upper town, small streets full of pretty cats, church bells, cafe, bakery... An impeccable and friendly welcome, perfectly responsive hosts. (NB: really great massages a stone's throw away, Well be with you, passage from the city hall)

We had a fantastic time at Dominique's wonderful home. The house is full of fantastic decorations and amenities, and the kids loved the big garden and the ping pong table. The tram stop to Nantes centre (free at weekends) is only about 100m away, as is a great value Netto supermarket. We also loved Yoni the cat who came with the apartment. Dominique was a great host who was very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay again one day next time we are in Nantes (a fantastic city to explore).

Lovely place to stay and Guy was great. Only 4 minutes from the tram system and 3 big bedrooms we would definitely recommend Guy’s place.

Florence's house is a wonderful, comfortable family home. the garden is great, with a big table and plenty of chairs for outdoor dining. there are loads of books and toys for kids too. The location is great, with some lovely bakeries nearby. Florence and her family were super welcoming and communication was easy. We loved Nantes and will be back!

Karine's house is a very nice family home where you immediately feel comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and a 5’ walk from the Tram that takes us to the city center. Very nice neighborhood life. We had a great 4 days with the family. We would definitely recommend it!

Very nice house, well equipped and close to the center and beaches without being in the center too busy. The road is a little busy at the beach departure times but it is very quiet otherwise. Thanks to Elisabeth for hosting us.

second stay at Marie's small welcome message, accompanied by a few delicacies. ideal accommodation for a couple with 1 or 2 children. everything is there! Close to the Loire for walks, and next to the small center of Thouaré. Our host Marie, is available and responsive.

The stay at Jean-Baptiste's went very well, the house is as advertised. Impeccable cleanliness. Well located house close to the station. Difficulty parking in the neighborhood, all spots are charged during the day: €40 via the parking meter. So we opted for an underground parking lot. So the ideal would be to arrive by train without a car... especially since public transport is free on weekends! I recommend the house without hesitation!

Very good stay in this well-equipped cottage. It is located in a quiet area and close to the center and the port. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and all 4 enjoyed this short stay in this house.

Philippe and Pascal are welcoming, warm people. It's nice to talk to them. The accommodation was in line with our expectations. We slept well in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the welcome of the 4 felines who are beautiful.

Lovely host, good place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Anaïs and Adrien's. We were 5 adults and 3 children. Everything was there, so many children's toys, which they borrowed as soon as they arrived. The house is beautiful, nice and very well equipped with a small garden and terrace. Recommended + + +++. Thank you Anaïs

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The city is walkable (for those who like walking, its around 30 mins), neighbourhood is peaceful and the house is very cosy with 2 lovely dogs and a cat. Both Clara and Flora are very accommodating which made for a lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

Great stay, I spent a month and a half there, the area is quiet and there are shops and the tram line is a few minutes walk away. Very nice interactions, I really enjoyed my stay at this place, it was great! Everything is clean and tidy, and Corinne is very welcoming and accessible if needed Highly recommend 😁
