Very nice little house, clean with everything you need to have a good stay. Just a little anxiety as a mum with the miller's ladder and my 3 and a half year old boy, but otherwise great! Romain is very available No complaints, great!

We loved staying in Alexandrine’s guest house! So much love was put into the space, which is felt in every detail. She curated books for our child and equipped us with everything we needed during our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Alexandrine and her children and received some very helpful recommendations for a trip to the beach. We’d always stay here again if we come back to the area. Nice and very quiet accommodation. Upon our arrival a little sweetness awaited us, after the road it was nice, thank you very much. There is really everything you need in the house, everything is designed to make tenants feel good. The best part is the enclosed courtyard for parking the car. the accommodation was very quiet, peaceful, all on the banks of the Loire, a beautiful environment, even more beautiful than in the photos. Pierre and Brigitte are exceptional hosts with their welcome, discretion and responsiveness. Location in the middle of nature, easy to access by car and with public transport and bike path to the city centre.

The apartment offered is very clean, Béatrice provided all the bed and bath linen that was impeccable. She welcomed us warmly and showed us the possible activities around the cottage thanks to numerous leaflets and maps made available. This accommodation is in a quiet location. Thank you to Beatrice for her hospitality, kindness, and arrangements for arrival and departure!

We booked Rodrigue's accommodation for one night, it's a very nice building with a large and beautiful exterior... We didn't have time to enjoy it, too bad! Very good communication with the host for a flexible check-in. Just a small note about the stairs, if you come with children, you will have to go up and down with them if they are in the upstairs rooms Otherwise the interior is very cozy, practical and very nicely renovated.

The listing was as described and well equipped, including the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. I recommend it! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around from the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not great especially in the living room.

I had a great stay in Clément's apartment. He was very welcoming and accommodating, which greatly facilitated my arrival. The apartment is well located, clean and very well equipped. I highly recommend +++ See you soon:)

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had a very pleasant stay in Maud's apartment, which is very nice, ideally located, very nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. Note the comfortable bedding, the quiet of the building and the neighborhood. Maud is very responsive and communication with her is easy. I will definitely come back, I recommend it.

Very good stay in Nantes in this accommodation. Friendly host and accommodating for check-in time, the accommodation was clean and functional. Building a bit noisy and poorly insulated, on the other hand.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
