It takes about 25 minutes to get to the university. For families with children, there is a beautiful, large playground at the end of our cul-de-sac, in the middle of the countryside. Shops (penny, Combi, Lidl) are within walking distance.

The 120 m² property features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, three TVs, a washing machine, and a dryer. You will also find an air fryer, toaster, and coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.

Our large garden with old oaks, (the oak processionary moth was professionally vacuumed and disposed of by a specialist company) invites you to linger. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
