We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

It was great. Everything neat, clean and of good quality. Particularly pleasant atmosphere. We all felt at home very quickly. Also very pleasant the amenities of the hotel nearby. The area is beautiful. Wonderful walks. We were with 6 adults and a baby and all enjoyed it very much. Repeatable.

Nice accommodation and in a quiet park. Even with a 3 month old baby it is comfortable. Everything is there. The communication with Gerda is also very nice and responds quickly. We would definitely recommend this.

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

Upon arrival, it was already clear: this is going to be a great stay. Very friendly people in the area, beautiful nature, much to look forward to, with regard to upcoming activities in the days after. If you don't want activities in the area: you can completely relax at this location. Communication with the owner went smoothly, and quickly. In short: this is a must!

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

Amazing stay if you love nature in a peaceful setting. We sat everyday for hours looking at the water birds right in front of our backyard.

It couldn't be more central – the accommodation is in the middle of the city and yet it is surprisingly quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sofa bed is also great. The high-quality coffee machine with plenty of coffee supply is particularly positive. Otherwise, everything we needed was available. We didn't smell anything from the snack bar on the ground floor, the smell was indeed criticised in some reviews. We'd love to come back and can fully recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at Joan’s place. The house is spacious and the setting on the canal is beautiful. It was very quick to drive to the highway from there too so it was a great base to explore other cities in the Netherlands.

We had a very nice stay in the Koetshuis. Emile is a nice host who also thinks along. We were able to use an extra freezer and he even brought us some forgotten groceries. It is wonderful to sit outside in the garden in good weather. In the evening with a fire! The surroundings of Culemborg surprised us positively. Recommended!

Great beautiful and luxury location to celebrate Christmas! This luxury location would be complete if the TVs had a cast feature so you can stream your own programs or an accessible hdmi connection. A bath mat by the showers makes it less wet on the bathroom floor. Furthermore, we really enjoyed it and is definitely for repetition.

My wife Karin and I had a wonderful weekend at Ernesto and Saskia’s charming Airbnb in Eemnes, Netherlands. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was exceptional. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and full of character. Ernesto went above and beyond by recommending fantastic local restaurants, unique brocantes for shopping, and even a special outing to watch the historic wooden fishing boats depart from the harbor—a truly unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Bed & Breakfast Eemnes to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Ernesto and Saskia, for such a memorable stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

We had a wonderful stay at Bart and Carole's guest house. They were very warm and welcoming and really happy we were there. They were very reachable if had questions or issues. They even arranged a full cleaning half way through our stay for a fee for the cleaner. The unit was perfect for us, a party of two, for three weeks, a home away from home. It was walkable to shopping, dining, and the grocery store, great location. When we come back to the Netherlands we will be checking on the availability of this wonderful home.

We had a wonderful break from everyday life in Rogier's cottage! Rogier welcomed us in a very friendly way at the boat dock and patiently explained to us the handling by boat and a few special features in the house. We found everything very clean and tidy and felt super comfortable right away. The cottage is really something special! Rogier built it himself and you can tell how much love and passion there is in this project. I highly recommend staying there, especially for families with older children: hours of sunshine in the garden and on the terrace, swimming in the lake, traveling by boat or canoeing made us a lot of fun! Attractive bike paths take you to the center of Utrecht and we have also taken beautiful tours in the area. The only small criticism: the street is closer to the house than expected and sometimes traffic noise clouds the idyll in nature a little. We're still thrilled!

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.

The cottage was very fresh and well clean! Read instructions on where it is and then it's no problem. The path is very narrow for a large car but otherwise the location is really great! We loved this beautiful location, hot tub and good communication.
