The house has two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Street parking is always available. The place is quite peaceful and quiet. It is about 50 km from Alghero. It would be advisable to get there by car or motorcycle.

The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.
