The house is located in a small building consisting of 4 apartments. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished completely new. It is a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Alghero and in a very quiet area where you can spend beautiful relaxing days. The area is close to all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, shops etc. The house is not suitable for people who have walking problems, it is located on the third floor without an elevator.
