This is a cabin with electricity, but no running water. The water is collected in a hydrant 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that makes that there is water in the tap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of baby equipment available at the cottage such as high chair, cot, pulk, skateboard and lots of games inside. Everything is there to be used:) Fire-pan can be put out. The waffle iron for the fire-pan is located in the outdoor stall. Wood is included in the rent.

Cozy family cottage

Cozy cabin at Bortelid. Here you can relax and enjoy the nice view, or take long hikes on skis or on foot. We use the cabin ourselves when convenient. We have locked off a bedroom on the ground floor to private belongings, otherwise you can use the entire cabin. The cabin consists of bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, a small attic living room and a small toilet. There is also a bed brisk with the possibility to sleep on. You have to clean out of the cabin yourself. This practical and inviting cabin is located at the highest point of the mountain, with fantastic panoramic views, plenty of sun all day, an unparalleled location and a short distance to both ski slopes and alpine facilities. The cabin has: 5 bedrooms with beds for 10 people 2 toilets + 1 bathroom with shower and bath. Cozy outdoor area with outdoor furniture and fire pit EV charger. 1 backpack included per booking, more can be purchased at the cabin (100 NOK per backpack). Electricity up to NOK 50 per day included.

Brokke, on the sunny side.

At this place you can stay on the sunny side at Brokke. The location is central right by Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities,hunting, fishing and climbing. There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must wash out after himself.

Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fibre and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home offices. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. The address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Cozy cabin with electricity and water. The cabin is very sunny in quiet nice surroundings. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Simple apartment, only 5 min drive from Evje!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt. Til Bortelid skisenter 15 km.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden at Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms plus the TV living room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is space in the loft of two/ three on a flat bed. A well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. EV charging possible on the property.

Hytte på Brokke/Setesdal t.l. 8 pers. Hund ok.

Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.
