This is a cabin with electricity, but no running water. The water is collected in a hydrant 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that makes that there is water in the tap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of baby equipment available at the cottage such as high chair, cot, pulk, skateboard and lots of games inside. Everything is there to be used:) Fire-pan can be put out. The waffle iron for the fire-pan is located in the outdoor stall. Wood is included in the rent.

Cozy cabin at Bortelid. Here you can relax and enjoy the nice view, or take long hikes on skis or on foot. We use the cabin ourselves when convenient. We have locked off a bedroom on the ground floor to private belongings, otherwise you can use the entire cabin. The cabin consists of bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, a small attic living room and a small toilet. There is also a bed brisk with the possibility to sleep on. You have to clean out of the cabin yourself. Approx. 4 km to the alpine ski center and grocery store. Hiking trail with gapahuk just below the cabin. Large terrace, sun all day. Space for two cars just at the entrance. Remember to wash out by rent. No shoes inside.

Welcome to our modern and space-efficient cabin at Brokke! The cabin is located in Sitåsen cabin area which is right by Brokke Alpine Resort, Brokkestøylen and a short way to cross country tracks. The area offers year-round activities such as hiking trails, roller skiing, frisbee golf and via ferrata. Here you can really enjoy nice holidays with fresh mountain air, activities, nature and fireplace. Distanses: - 2 min by car to alpine ski resort - Close to cross country tracks. - 7 min by car to shop Towels and beds are brought by tenant.

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt

Bortelid stor, nyere hytte

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.
