Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The 49m2 two-room non-smoking apartment 1-29 is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, couch set with sleeping function (1.40 x 2.00), desk, large box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), closet safe and a bathroom with rain shower. It is worth highlighting the wind and rain-protected balcony with direct sea view, which can be accessed by both rooms. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the wide Baltic Sea as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Our modern large & bright apartment in Kühlungsborn offers ample space for 4 - 6 people. 1 living room with a large terrace, 1 kitchen that offers ample space for cooking with friends, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower & bathtub, 1 guest / toilet. Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Our exclusive vacation apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream vacation. Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

You'll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a Baltic Sea setting. A rural garden with a large, fully fenced dog run makes the approximately 5000 m² property unique. On the loggia there is a bed, which can be used as a cozy outdoor sofa or adventure bed. The location between Rostock and Bad Doberan is conveniently located and the Baltic Sea is only 10 km away. A bus stop is very close to the house.

This cozy apartment in the basement of a town villa on the small Wallbach offers an excellent opportunity to relax and explore Bad Doberan on foot. The biggest attraction is just 600 meters away, the unique steam locomotive Molli, which runs to Kühlungsborn, 6 km away. The popular town of Warnemünde with its famous lighthouse is also only 18 km away and invites you to explore.

Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport.
