Holiday rentals with lake access in Bordeaux

We had the loveliest week here. It’s a beautiful property, in a idyllic spot on the river, with a lovely pool and garden. The inside of the property was beautiful and felt brand new! We found we could walk to the train station and into the small town easily to explore the area. You will also have the friendliest hosts! Thank you for a memorable stay

Good quiet location away from the bustle of Lacanau but close enough to walk/ride to the beach, centre of town and supermarkets.

We came to spend a weekend with our dog in Stéphane's house. The house is very well located, very clean and well equipped! The warm welcome from the host counts a lot, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks again!

The accommodation is comfortable, quiet, you can really rest there and there is everything you need. The accommodation is ideally located close to the centre (20 min walk to the beach) and quiet. Little paradise... so peaceful and beautiful. And not only the views, the little house was very tasteful decorated and very clean and neat. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, they make you feel like home. Might have been the best places I've ever stayed with airbnb! I could have stayed there for much much longer... Well located and easy to access house. There is a bakery just opposite. The house is very well equipped, there are even board games. The neighborhood is quiet. Christian is an accommodating and friendly host who explained the visits to do in Bordeaux. We recommend and will come back without hesitation.

We were there at the end of September, due to the weather unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace. For hiking and cycling, the area is great, as there are many cycling and hiking trails. If you want to see the surrounding area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1 hour 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 hour 15 min.

We had a pleasant stay at Daniele and Philip's. We enjoyed the location and the accommodation. Everything was just like in the description. We highly recommend this rental.

We spent a little over a week at Laurie-Anne's accommodation. The apartment was really nice, private and quiet and the view from the balcony of the pine trees was a dream! We will be happy to come back!

Very pleasant stay in a very comfortable accommodation. The outside of the accommodation is a pure wonder. The hosts are very welcoming and available.

Great apartment perfectly located. Close to beach and restaurants. Low ceiling so be careful for the tallest, but great stay.

Valérie welcomed us with kindness in this nice spacious apartment, with a terrace area overlooking the very pleasant garden. We had a pleasant and quiet stay. Centre of Lacanau and central beach within walking distance.

Yannick and Catherine's accommodation is clean, functional and easy to access. In addition, they were very flexible and even allowed us to arrive a little earlier in the accommodation, so we could prepare to go to a wedding in the area. I highly recommend it!

Very clean and well-located apartment 15 min from the city center by car I recommend

Janine's property suited us perfectly. Walks from the property, supermarket (very good) nearby, award-winning pastry chef not too far away..... Bourg is a beautiful and interesting place and some of the Côte de Bourg wines are exceptional. Well located for Blaye - the citadel, the cliff, the ferry to cross the Gironde. The house is warm and cozy, but the electricity needs a little update, which we think will happen in the near future. The garden was perfect for dogs and there are great views from the patio which, in hot weather, would probably have been contemplated at leisure! Janine is friendly and responds quickly. We rarely go back to the properties but this could be an exception! A big thank you Janine and - maybe - see you soon.

We had a fantastic holiday with our two young kids. The accommodation has absolutely everything for a super comfortable and laidback stay as a family. From outdoor kitchen to swimming pool, hammock and quiet, dark bedrooms. Everything is present. With the sea, the lake and the forests within walking and cycling distance, it is a perfect location for balance in terms of peace and activity. We recommend this! A very pleasant and quiet environment for this rental, in the heart of the south Gironde countryside. Pretty town of Bazas, and its market, 10 minutes away. Ciron Valley, beautiful river that calls for swimming and canoeing, 5 mins away. The cottage is well equipped and nicely decorated. A beautiful place to decompress and enjoy the surrounding nature. We had a lovely time staying at Eric and Fabianne’s beautiful guest house. The riverside setting is idyllic, and we loved the picturesque rural surroundings and historic towns. Our hosts had everything on hand for our baby son and he had a very happy stay. The setting balances tranquility with easy access to shops and restaurants by car. It’s an ideal hub to explore Bordeaux. Huge thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Cute little cabin with everything you need. Marie sent very detailed information in advance, so we found everything well. The location is great for excursions to the region or to the beach.
