Small cozy independent apartment for 2 people close to the center of Audenge on the Arcachon basin. Pool heated from May to October, sunbathing, towels, umbrella.. note: priority is given to guests. Seawater swimming pool, port, oyster cabins and small beach 3 km away with great sunsets. The geographical location is at equal distance from Cap Ferret, Arcachon and Bordeaux. Golf 6 km away.

Very bright modern house thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, the property is secured by a fence, private parking and electric gate. the interior is well arranged and functional. the house is well insulated, good cool in summer with the extra air conditioning , in winter it's the opposite . parking is attached to the house , two car pitches.
