Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Studio Apartment is located in the quiet municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. The room measures 26 square meters and is located in our basement (townhouse). There is a separate entrance that leads directly into the basement. Bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters). The bathroom is also located in the basement. The basement area is entered by us as a landlord only for laundry, so we live completely separate from each other.
