Quiet, 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station (50 minutes by train from Paris) and 5 minutes from the A13 access, 70m2 house on two levels + sports room. On the ground floor, a main room with fitted kitchen open to living/dining room opening onto terrace and garden/barbecue, WC with washing machine. Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

Close to Giverny, La Roche-Guyon, Vernon. Walks along the Seine or forest, water activities and 18-hole golf. In addition, I am a State Graduate in Classical and Modern Jazz Dance. Opportunities for guests to practice according to taste and level. 1.5 hours of dance in my beautiful studio.
