Michael was an excellent host. He was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The quiet area is close to Bonita Springs Beach (less than 5 minutes via car!) The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area. Thanks, Michael, for making our vacation great!

Just what we needed...a few days away...Nicole's place was perfect! Perfect in many ways! Loved sitting outside and watching the world go by. If you know Naples, this is in a perfect location. If you don't know Naples, this is a perfect location! Access to the beaches, awesome restaurants and more! Nicole is a great host and very responsive! My wife needed to work while there and Nicole made sure she had an office chair. We recommend!

This was exactly what I needed for my visit to Naples! It was a clean, quiet townhome in a great part of town & close to everything I needed! I really appreciated my stay!

Great value for a simple stay! We stayed in Jessy’s studio while visiting our FGCU student. Location is within a few minutes drive to several stores and shopping centers. Convenient location to the college if your preference is to stay out of high priced hotels. We don’t spend much time in lodging when visiting our student as we’re spending as much time as we can with our kid! Would be a great location for FGCU move in/out when you’re busy all day and just need a comfortable, safe place to sleep. We didn’t use any appliances or fix meals but everything was there should we have wanted to. Space is just as described - a studio created under a stilt home. Didn’t see a single bug…which if you frequent south Florida often, you know is a victory of its own. Parking is off road which is important in San Carlos as the streets are tight. We had a little extra effort getting into the parking space but this was more due to the massive size of our rental, not the property.

Just right for a couple people cute and cozy, it would feel too crowded for any more.

We had a wonderful time staying here and would love to come back again! The house was clean and beautiful, and the outdoor space was tropical and private. Please don't let the review about the neighborhood dissuade you; it was quiet, and people were just living their lives. The neighbors we met were very kind. Vasile and Mihaela were fantastic hosts, and you could tell they really care about their home! It was also great that it was such a quick drive to stores and restaurants, and the traffic is much better than in Cape Coral.

This place was the best find of all of Ft Myers. It was easy to come and go from the beach to down town. It was more that peaceful, safe, clean, and convenient. Everything I could need was in this home. And the car port came in real handy during the afternoon rains. I will absolutely use this place again.

A+ Stay. Very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the brand new heated pool. The location was perfect - just a short drive to all the popular spots in Naples. We will be back!

On the fast, we had to find an alternative place to stay in Cape Coral. Here we were able to clarify everything within a few minutes and move in half an hour later. The contact is so welcoming and warm! The accommodation is lightning-clean. Everything is newly renovated and modernly furnished. Nothing is missing what you need for self-catering on a vacation. Everything is provided with small signs and is equipped with subtle instructions for use. The provider is always available for questions. The pool and patio area is totally private! Even beach gear is available. Everything is easily accessible from the base village. We really enjoyed our time here. At any time, I would book this or any other accommodation from A-One-Day-One. Thank you for your hospitality! Very clear recommendation!!!!

Zoe's house was perfect to stay in while visiting family in Ft.Myers. The listing was everything it said it was. Beds were comfortable and the A.C. was nice and cool. We had a small issue and Zoe responded promptly and had the problem solved within an hour. We had a great stay!!

We stayed here for the week over Memorial Day. The house was absolutely stunning. There was plenty of room for all of our guests to fit comfortably. The kids (and a few adults 😂) loved the game room set up! The pool area was very accommodating and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
