Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bondy

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

A nice, quiet apartment walking distance to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Triomphe. Easily accessible by metro too. Apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for one or two guests.

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bikes at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bike lights).

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

The house has everything the family needs. For example, a dishwasher and coffee machine, a separate big freezer, an oven, etc. There is a conservatory and garden, but we didn't use the garden though. We enjoyed shopping at Carrefour, which is a big supermarket. We went to a lovely bakery shop nearby as well. The nearest transit station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easier to navigate through the Carrefour supermarket to arrive there. It would be excellent to have a manual prepared for using home appliances and for garbage disposal prior to that. However we had a lovely time and it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is nice, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located just in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city centre. As a result, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thanks Audrey :-)
