L’Atelier Guest House

Petite maison indépendante au calme située sur notre propriété. L’atelier comprend 1 chambre en mezzanine accessible avec une échelle de meunier ouverte sur le salon, 1 salle de bain avec douche et toilettes, une cuisine équipée, un salon équipé d un convertible en 90 cm et d’un espace extérieur. Nous vous accueillons à votre arrivée. La maison située dans un village au calme à 10 min de Houdan, à 60 km de Paris ( Axe N12), et à 5 min à pied de la gare, ligne N Paris Montparnasse -Dreux.

Authentic Old Chalet in a Rare Natural Setting

In one of the prettiest regions of Île de France, on the edge of the forest of Rambouillet, in the Upper Chevreuse Valley, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures where horses graze, the Domaine du Cerf Volant is an enchanting haven 1 hour from Paris by car (or train), close to Versailles and the beauties of Île de France. Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Studio "Le Ginkgo"

The studio is located on a quiet street, it is completely independent on the ground floor and offers a patio that is not overlooked, the city center and the castle are a few steps away. Parking nearby (opposite or church parking.) It has all the amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Linens and towels are at your disposal as well as the essentials for lunch (coffee, sugar, chocolate, tea) and for cooking (salt, pepper, etc.) you will sleep in a BZ sofa bed (140/190).

Studio in the heart of the forest

In an exceptional quiet setting, a studio awaits you for 2 people, 20m2. A seating area, 2 armchairs, lift-up coffee table and TV, kitchen (hotplate, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine), bathroom with toilet and a double bed. A terrace in front of the accommodation, shared garden with us and intimate covered space of 35m2, table, barbecue, petanque court in the forest of 5 hectares. Our house and another gite are next door. (chickens, dog, cat in the wild)

Le Faré – Le Clos des Sablons

Beautiful air-conditioned accommodation of 36 m2, located in the leisure residential park, "Le Clos des Sablons" located at the gates of Normandy in the Eure Valley, west of Paris (80 km), 30 minutes from Vernon, Evreux, Dreux, Hű, or Mantes-la-Jolie. Bed and bath linen are provided. It is equipped with a TV, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, etc... In love with calm and nature, you will be conquered by this peaceful place. Rental per night available.

Ivry-la-Bataille atypical apartment

The strong point of the apartment is its original character, not to mention its bright and functional side. Located in the old mill, this gives it a subtle blend of authenticity and contemporary. Close to shops and the supermarket, all within walking distance. You can stroll past the stalls of local producers at the markets of Ivry-la-Bataille and Ézy-sur-Eure. It has direct access to the Voie Verte and is an ideal place if you want to discover the Châteaux.

Welcome to the Gîte du Persil! The 25 m2 studio, in the quiet countryside, is perfectly suited for a couple. It is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sofa bed, a TV and an equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle).
