You will live in a nice and modern apartment with 35 m2 of living space, your own small kitchen, a new bathroom and a balcony on the second floor. The holiday apartment complex with indoor pool and sauna in the house, ski and bicycle cellar, is very quiet and well maintained. The bus goes to the mountains directly in front of the house. You will receive the Hörnerdörfer mountain railway ticket and fast Wi-Fi from me for free (value €40/p and day)

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

1-room apartment in Aparthotel Mittelberg

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.

Cozy 1-room apartment on 34m² in the climatic health resort Obermaiselstein - the ideal starting point for various activities and excursions in the Allgäu. Our ground floor apartment consists of a living room and bedroom with a real double bed, an open kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. The terrace offers a beautiful mountain view. The Kunz House ++Larsen Studio with private sauna++

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
