Unser gemütliches Apartment wurde im April 2022 nach einer Sanierung fertig gestellt.  Rad- und Wanderwege starten fast direkt vor der Tür, ohne dass das Auto bewegt werden muss. Fussläufig gibt es einen Bäcker und Bushaltestellen/Skibus. Vorort kann ein Frühstücks - Service in Anspruch genommen werden.

Unser 30qm Studioapartment im Dachgeschoss ist ein stilvolles Hideaway für Paare: Boxspringbett, Designermöbel, modernes Bad mit großem Dachfenster. Der Balkon mit Waldblick wird zur Dämmerung zur Loge – regelmäßig zieht eine Herde Rehe über die Wiese. Golfplatz nebenan, Skigebiet Ofterschwang 10min, Oberstdorf 15min. Stellplatz am Haus, WLAN, Self-Check-in.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. A large ski resort (gondola/chairlifts) and hiking trails are within walking distance within a few minutes. Wonderful walking paths start right next to the house. Popular Allgäu attractions such as lakes, ski resorts, summer/winter toboggan runs and thermal baths are in the immediate vicinity. The on-site swimming pool and sauna are ideal for relaxation after outdoor activities

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! The apartment is on the upper floor. Families are welcome in our apartment. A children's travel bed and a high chair are available upon request. In the kitchen there is extra children's dishes for the little ones. In the apartment is Internet access via Wi-Fi.
